Yuletide Weekend 2024

A festive, free weekend of beautifully decorated buildings, entertainment, farm animals, kids activities, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus and so much more! Saturday, December 7, and Sunday, December 8, 10am - 4pm.

  • Blacksmithing Demonstrations in the Clark Blacksmith Shop
  • Trolley rides departing from behind the Gazebo
  • Ferrindino Maple, serving Maple Bacon Hot Dogs, Maple Creamee Affogatos and more behind the Gazebo

Activities

First Person Presentation of A Christmas Carol

Time: Saturday, 11 AM - 12 PM
Location: Union Meeting House

Rick Corbo returns to Storrowton Village's Yuletide with his first person presentation as Charles Dickens and retelling of A Christmas Carol.

Mr. Corbo’s educational background is in theater. He has performed for the award-winning, Connecticut-based puppet company, Elmwood Productions, and starred in the popular EWTN Network series, Saints Versus Scoundrels. Mr. Corbo has performed as Charles Dickens for an original Christmas special also by ETWN Network titled Reclaiming the Carol.

Mike Rondeau, Ice Creations

Time: Saturday, 11 AM until he's finished
Location: on the Village Green

Watch local ice sculptor Mike Rondeau at work making beautiful ice creations with his chainsaw and iron.

Three of Cups

Time: Sunday, 2 PM - 3 PM
Location: Union Meeting House

Three of Cups is a music duo featuring Ann-Marie Messbauer & Deborah Claar.

Santa & Mrs. Claus

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 3 PM
Location: Potter Mansion Kitchen

Open Hearth Cooking Demonstrations

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM
Location: Gilbert House


Trolley Rides

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM
Location: Behind the Gazebo

Trolley rides are free and available on Saturday 12/7 and Sunday 12/8 and will take you from Storrowton Village to the Farmers Market (and back).

Firefly Fields Petting Zoo

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 1 - 3 PM
Location: Storrowton Green

Letters to Santa

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM
Location: Eddy Law Office

Blacksmithing Demonstrations

Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM
